WEBSITE PAYMENT TERMS
Be More Creative requires a 50% deposit in order to commence website design work. There will be a 2nd instalment of a 25% payment following your first website design submission. If the 25% instalment invoice is unpaid, design production will cease until payment is made. Furthermore, if a standard website design production goes beyond 3 months from the initial signup (deposit paid) and the delay is on the customers end, you will be notified 14 days prior that your website will be archived, if final changes are not submitted and final payment of the invoice isn't made (this term excludes custom design websites with long lead times). It will cost $75 + GST to reupload your website again to commence editing.
Payments can be made via credit card or EFT.
WEBSITE HOSTING
Websites that are not using our hosting provider: we will upload your website to your website hosting provider and send your website live. We do not take care of mail configuration if you are using another website hosting provider. If website contact forms are not working on your website it will be the responsiblity of your mail hosting provider. All our forms are setup to work on your website before go live, but occasionally your mail hosting provider may need to change mail settings on their end.
If you are hosting through us you will receive 30 day website hosting for free during the website build (the 30 day period begins from payment of deposit). After the 30 day free hosting you will be charged $29.95 + GST per month (this is charged whether your website is live or not). Website hosting includes website hosting, technical support, monitoring of your website, security and upgrades.
WEBSITE DESIGN TERMS
All our websites have 4 rounds of design changes with a maximum of two hours of design work in each round. If design work exceeds more then 2 hours in each round we will notify you that this will affect the number of round changes, and if the volume is large we will provide you with a quote.
If design changes go beyond the 4th round of design our hourly charge rate is $90 p/hr + GST for further visual/text changes to the website. A quote will be provided before any changes take place.
Additional plugins or customised design work that is not discussed at quotation and sign off will be at the cost of the customer, (this is any customisation work e.g. you decide during the build you would like a website portal). A quote will be provided first before any plugins or customisation work is undertaken.
You will receive a website design brief from Be More Creative which needs to be completed before the website design commences unless a scoping session is undertaken. Inspiration or examples of websites that you like are required to help us know the direction for the design. If this is not provided we will commence design based on what we think will work best for your website.
Changes MUST be submitted in writing via email or recorded video. Changes are not to be given over the phone unless first submitted by email for discussion.
We do not guarantee the volume of your website traffic as there are many factors that come into play for search engine optimisation. For SEO packages please contact us for pricing and more information.
GO LIVE
Upon go live you have 7 day website review for anything that is technically wrong with your website, this does not include new design or design changes. If your website passes 7 days from go live our services are charged at $90 + GST per hour or $45 + GST per half hour. If you are hosting with us technical support is provided within your monthly hosting charges.
Upon go live Be More Creative will submit your site to Google. We do not guanratee you will be found on Google for any particualar search term.
STOCK IMAGERY
You have a maximum of 10 free stock images included in your website design, additional images requested are charged at $3.95 per image.
WEBSITE LEADTIME
New website design usually takes four to six weeks for total completion based on the co-operation of the customer. We aim to submit the first draft by no later than the 4th week if not much sooner. We generally submit the initial draft much earlier and we do provide a faster website service for additional cost if required:
For 15 working days additional $250 + GST
For 10 working days additional $450 + GST
For 5 working days additional $750 + GST
These premium prices are based on efficient provision of required information and direction on the website. These quotes are subject to the level of customisation and feasibility requirements for the website.
Website refreshes are 15 business working days, this is dependent on the website refresh changes required.
GRAPHIC DESIGN TERMS
GRAPHIC DESIGN & LOGOS
3 concepts provided on the initial proof. Once proof is selected you receive 3 rounds of amendments to the selected concept with tweaks on design and layout and information. All artwork is provided in all formats including .eps .ai .psd .png .jpeg.
Most of our design packages include 3 rounds of design changes unless specified.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% upfront with 50% upon completion, original files are released upon final payment by request. If artwork rounds are exceeded you will be notified. Additional changes charge at at $22.50 + GST for 15 minutes.
SOCIAL MEDIA PAID ADVERTISING
Social media paid advertising payment terms are as follow: 50% upfront with 50% due before go live of social media ads. If ads are being run on a monthly basis full payment is due 30 days from your last payment cycle. We can not guarantee the volume of leads through social media paid advertising but we do our best to get the best outcome for you.
